Returns of products must first be registered at retouren@kitchenheroes.eu. We always check the items for signs of use. We do not accept returns that have been used. Upon approval, you will receive an email and a credit note from us.

Kitchenheroes offers over 4000 variations of items, with different sizes and colors available. This also means that we cannot keep everything in stock. We aim to deliver everything within one week, however, sometimes it may take longer than what you are used to. In these situations, we will keep you informed.
